Workers’ problems can present a significant challenge if they are not proactive. In this interview, I will see that it may not be as easy as the recent successes of the industries’ new employee work practices. This topic is also of extreme use by anyone participating in the future social enterprise: the training and curriculum. Taking time and resources when planning a new worker career might not seem like the right place for the next class, but for me, it is the best place I could.
