Our team gets an environment full of positive energy when it comes to this activity. Our goal is to get those projects where they actually need our help more than when we ask that everything be done in focus. So, we come back and forth between the two to give our team an instance of what it needs to be doing. Also, when preparing their roles, we will try to get those tasks done right and leave it up to the “be a part of the team” team only. Do you need your team to do your jobs? Would you like your team ready to go? Do you need someone to do your jobs? The importance of team performance is always a question that comes up. Therefore they have become one of our overall pillars in our organization to maintain, to enhance, and to improve team performance.
