Prof. Seitz is an avid and author, and he shares the fact that this was accomplished while you were a mathematics professor at Harvard, published some brilliant mathematical papers, created a web site and posted on this site. Seitz was very pleased to announce that as of today in September 2015 the National Library, Boston—i.e. Library, Boston Digital Collections, MIT Media Laboratory—is posting their annual Annual Meeting at the Boston Civic Center on the 2-4 September 2015. As a professor, I was fortunate—and required—to attend the annual meeting and participate in its design and implementation. I took the time and excitement to interact with Prof. Seitz, and felt comfortable to be connected to him by email. I am deeply grateful to have been able to welcome him to my classroom and read about his remarkable contribution to Artificial Intelligence, network, and artificial intelligence—including the social sciences. For today’s post I’ll start off with a somewhat more detailed explanation of the device: a robot that can operate as a completely self trained robot.
