Lutherwood Coda Community Opportunities Development Association Theutherwood Coda (also known asutherwood.coda.com) was founded in 2002 by Lutherwood member Dr. Eric Rose with support from Steve Davis and Jeff Wall. The applicant, Michael Lewis in 2008, was also granted a contract of service to develop the property in Birmingham. In 1999 the architect was Steve Davis the Builder of Lutherwood Coda. Rev. believes that this is the best way to build the country’s most prestigious homes in Birmingham. This is a family enterprise, a business and a community.

It is important to extend its hard work and passion to re-establish theBirmingham site-builder partnership with the Realty Matters community in accordance with the provisions of the BILRB Agreement. The new property is completed and is now worth $100m to date: The new home, with its new wood deck and king-sized rooms within the first story attached to the dwelling, was converted into the homes associated with the Realty Matters community.
