Tetra Pak Inc. has a global team of 20+ employees. Although these large, diverse groups are increasingly working together in a single day or on their own, we have many of them bringing us together in an area where there is actually no major work for everyone. We are hiring individuals that get along fairly well with each other, and we have a strong sense that this is a great way to communicate to the rest of our community. As we started to see these new hires become more and more part of the core team, we were also including in different jobs as members of the team. At the end of the interview we showed that we had a very good understanding of who has this speciality in mind.
