Back in the days of websites, when you were content and information-centric just as you are nowadays, there were plenty of ways to make sure that your online business remained vibrant and effectively competitive. But being that the marketplaces often remained open, since it’s always been part of your business and your customer experience, there wasn’t enough time to try and create even a few neat things to provide a better experience, or to set the vibe they needed. It’s much harder to make or keep your customers happy when you’re looking to solve their problem. They don’t want to hear about other, more annoying, problems that often hit them hard. While speaking to The Independent, Steiner’s spokesman, Ian Ward, said that he believes that the president and the president’s leadership are supportive of the idea of eliminating discrimination and requiring employers to hire people without compromising principles.
