Advanced Leadership Pathways Doug Rauch Our role in the Business and Life movement started in 2008: I was invited to join the group in September 2010, for the 10-month training program at the University of Michigan, USA. My passion was to share knowledge and ideas about power in business, and to develop them as leaders, accountable for performance, and able to lead. For me, I also wanted to educate and empower people in our business and my experience, the business world, how we can create better power structures for companies and for family and friends. After a year long trial of corporate leadership training, I had the opportunity to learn the skills needed for a business leadership position.
