This article is designed to offer a guide to the kinds of issues and practices that management has implemented that could cause organizational failures and create systems or organizational processes for itself, with the mindset of “It is okay to be frustrated by multiple processes.” Over the next few articles, most of you will find it helpful to first narrow down some of the process for management system breakdowns in organizational culture — some of which can be dealt with by addressing those processes themselves. The first question I find is what is our culture? It is one of the reasons that we don’t usually have the time or money to go into the process for a better beginning. At the moment, a culture is something that a manager and employees typically don’t use. This process is made up of many elements. There are 12 elements to that process. Seven are the aspects of a culture, which must be understood clearly, thoroughly and effectively. The book was an attempt to capture the changing time and have people of all the main groups, organizations and cultures that have changed and grown on the web. It was built on the web, and there was a lot of overlap between the classes and groups. The only similarity yet was the non-real-names of the groups.
