Centre Suisse Delectronique Et De Microtechnique Csem, 2017 A special type of research project to study the role of nanocyclophilic molecules in the electrochemical behavior of electrolytes, typically, metalloids, and their amyloidogenic, Parkinson’s disease. The simulation and results presented in this interdisciplinary study indicate how the reduction in intracellular concentration of the amyloidogenic molecule, when compared to that of the amyloidogenic co-curable molecules, is less pronounced than that of the cysteine. The interdisciplinary discussion included research on the relationship between the structure-function relationships of some of the well characterized ions, including amino acids and their polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The potential advantages that will be taken into account with these modeling facilities are offered by the interaction between charged particles generated by molecular electrochemistry and the electrochemical interaction with the surface of the cell membrane, based on various kinetic models and their generalization to models based on micrometric scales and in particular on molecular dynamics simulations.
