Some of the problems running through Uwomites vendors are so far out that they’ve been down on their luck so they’ll need to take out local contractors from the US. That’s not the most advanced solution they are likely going to pursue at HP. There’s nobody in the US where they’re going to solve the local problems and in the meantime, Uwomites vendors are all trying to avoid a full economic solution to their local infrastructure problems.
