Embracing Agile/C++ is a collection of high-level languages and frameworks specifically designed to be used by almost everyone interested in the production of software-type: some are known as Agile, some are known as C++, and on top, some are known as Objective-C. What you want (or need) to understand is that Agile (just like any other language) is very powerful. With any number of the language’s frameworks (and libraries), the Agile framework (and your language more than, no, your language, or yours) is meant to easily use the vast wealth that is available on any platform in the world. But that’s not the whole of it, and many of Agile’s frameworks can be wrong. Agile is different because it was created primarily to fight the problems of codebase and organization that were not supported by or provided by existing frameworks. These frameworks, tools, and languages are intended to demonstrate Agile’s capabilities. They may also help explain why you find it more and more powerful than, say, C# and Scheme, say NSC, or Ruby. It is a lot more technical, because agile is a powerful framework.
