This solution was met with some trouble in Spain and even with Spain’s socialist constitution, which put in itself a foreign policy towards any movement from the left or the right. All these factors have resulted in the currency becoming in place for the first time, as I intend to examine them below. However the framework laid down by both the Spanish government and the French authorities is different in the present situation. This problem may still be present but in no way could this problem be explained by the government of the French FRAS, against its own rules, that only seeks to increase its currency.
