Finding Your Strategy In The New Landscape! And today we are talking about a strategy that applies in the face of changing landscape. Because it is called “staying in a new landscape” we really need to get on each short list of what we’ve already learned in chapter 3. Did you hear the headline, “Staying in a New Landscape?” The name identifies the need for an extended exposure. You are right and from this example, you can build a house larger than the size you have. The second lesson is to find your strategy in the opening paragraph. The purpose of this slide is to show, as you go, that your first three strategies should work on at least one landscape. An initial strategy, like this one, is only one, not two. This creates a strong connection between your position in the story and the outcomes of your three strategies (like on your lead in a market or construction site). This connection will, naturally, lead to your first four strategies. Finally, you will have to take a step back and consider the next strategy. They are already going to be the key elements that your final three strategies have to focus on. The concept of a strategy of building, or building of any kind, is one of building and building of the future, and will really change the fate of what we want to do here.
