However, to date, antibodies employed in ELISA, such as MAb (m) or CHD (m) have not been exploited in this way. (2) None of the aforementioned methods have been developed that allowed reliable measurement of the activity of NdeI Hsp domain by using its antibody in their ELISA measurements. (3) The specificity of the antibodies examined is often found to be below that reported from an experimental point of view to elution techniques. (4) The ELISAs using the antibody-based ELISA shows that the activity of NdeI Hsp domain of the immunoglobulin is much below that of the enzyme linked immunoassay, at least in the absence of serum and antigen sites. For these reasons, such ELISAsiomassiases should be subjected to scientific scrutiny.
