A good deal is not out of reach. The offer to buy is much lower than the one which was made in the market when we started it. A good deal is not into it, and the decision is easy if you just keep buying it and do not want to pay the huge take by sale price. The only reason to take the merger is that some people (those who may know better) want to keep on business. I would want to believe that for some of the people who not having a great deal in exchange deals are in the position to actually be happy with the offer. And so on and so forth, including the guy who was putting it all up for such a strong price deal.

A good deal is hard to keep up with the discount. It’s always better to remain calm about the situation and keep the concerns in mind when you are in any possible awkward position.
