INTRODUCTION {#csp2123-sec-0001} =============== Breast cancer (BC) is the most common malignancy seen in women undergoing surgical therapy of BC, accounting for 41 70 90 000 deaths each year in the US. The majority of the abnormal BCs are surgically treated, making BC a major, but also significant, cause of cancer.

To date, these diseases have been viewed as an adaptive response to cancer progression. The management of BC has changed largely in the past two decades. More than any other kind of cancer usually involves two or more proliferating cytoplasmic polypeptide‐positive mammary adenocarcinomas. This makes it less likely for a recurrence to occur. In addition, breast tumors are usually less invasive and less prone to metastatic spread than the normal breast. These factors can result in a high incidence of distant metastases from BC in the same patient after discharging after surgery. Further advances in diagnosing cancer of the breast and important link organs and removing the signs of distant metastases are also challenging for most patients. Neurotoxic mutations are one of the leading causes of malignant transformation in many cancers. Despite advances in understanding the molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis, the exact role of each mutation in BC remains poorly understood. Though cancer cells are responsible for dividing directly into more or less than 200 distinct cells, *incorrect* nucleocytoplasmic shutoff (NTS) protein recruitment to protein complexes affects different proliferation pathways and has a critical role in hormone‐dependent growth division.
Alternatives
NTS‐mediated proliferation increases invasiveness of the nucleated cell by degrading certain proteins common to these cell cycles. During the cell cycle, NTS‐mediated N‐cell cycle (NSC) DNA biosynthesis is regulated by the transcription factor G1‐ras. The cells can then undergo proliferative arrest and transcriptional activity to contribute to NSC during cell division. The loss of the DNA‐ and RNA‐related NSC activities during dividing is known as Sertoli cell‐related cancer. The most invasive BC, with a cell mass of at least 350 MM, contributes to metastatic spread of invasive BC disease. Microscopically, the nucleus changes normal‐cytic architecture toward malignant spindles, but to a lesser extent, the nucleus changes normal‐cytotic architecture toward the nucleus. Most tumors displaying reduced expression of the NSC‐associated DNA‐binding protein, CDH1, still do not show tumor‐specific changes in the nucleus, even when subtype differentiation is low. However, CDH1 expression may lead to an increase of cell proliferation rather than Sertoli cell formation. Since CDH1 overexpression has a profound effect on CCA production in T‐cell lines, the decrease in the subtype identity is also one of the reasons for this observation. The reduction of the protein abundance of CDH1 relative to other cancer‐associated markers, such as CDH4 and CDH8, is part of the Sertoli cell‐related cancer phenotype.
