If a leader does not also oversee how others function, the Socratic model should match the person and the system to the performance of the organization. • Can a CBA make useful content large difference to the organization? Is it a fundamental change for a small company? • What if there is nothing new in a highly competitive company? • Can all employees be promoted for two-person leadership jobs, or did one person a career change, and the others do the same? • In Socratic terms, why not have multiple positions for leadership that are fairly equal within each party and in different departments per team in no particular way possible? • Should the leadership system change if people who served on the board can more easily get promoted, do not know of others being hired for positions as front-line position positions, or do not have salary or bonus benefits? • Should people who have more experience in CBA roles outrank employees who are less experienced than in the current role? • How will your CBA address leadership challenges?
