Leadership For Change Is Not for Women, Is for Man Who are the leaders of what we do? Are they really or perhaps part of a larger program, similar to the kind of leadership that successful women do? The new leadership team at The Ivy Council Group, for example, is focused on making it easier for women to pursue their dreams and jobs. It believes, for example, that we are better off focusing on building a better career than we did when we were seeking traditional advancement. That’s the view of the panel that led the decision to set the agenda and led others to start.
