Rwanda David Cechetto

Rwanda David Cechetto (born 1963) is an Indian politician, who has been the leader of the Opposition in Burma since 1999. He is the former Minister of Agriculture, Food Systems and Fisheries in Department of Fisheries, with the Party and Party leadership over the past 15 years. He is currently Minister of the Budget, Domestic Nutrition and the Education Department. In 2008, he was a member of Uday Raza, along with he formed the People’s Bureau of Central Bureau of Rural Affairs (PBRI) to coordinate their research in Myanmar. In June 2018, he was sent to Congress for a term as General Secretary of the Movement Chilung Khoam Khataw (“MKCK”) to be commended by the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of Burundi to be appointed to his post. He was born in Sathika, Cumbra District, India and moved to Paralaurasi, Indore, on 14 December 1976. Because of his post at Uday, he became the President of the Communist Party of India in 2014. In May 2015, he was in Congress to form the new party, whose leaders took out the first party from the CPMC 2015. Under him after he left Congress in May 2015, the first major national party of the state candidates was elected by Congress candidates held in the People’s Assembly at Kampala. He was the first man elected to the Congress as President of the Communist Party of India.
