Triangle Community Foundation (TCF) The Trinity Community Foundation was a National English Literature Foundation funded by the National Arts Council, representing a group of writers, scholars, publishers and novelists around the world. It was founded in 1946 in Calcutta to stimulate efforts to promote and preserve public literature.
