What we need to do is to have some idea about our key strategies and to come up with a programme system to improve the performance in every company in that country for five years! I want to advise the SFCs on what we have been working on throughout our cooperation in this project for the last 18 months. We need 10 PPLES like performance indicators and measures » The first system that we are using is the Performance Management System (PMS), mainly used for the management of SFCs and their performance. It is worth spending some time on as it may give us some insight into some of the possibilities for SFC to be established as the first step in the management of SFC!
