Infosys Technologies Improving Organizational Knowledge Flows – How Do They Start a Large Scale Business? Since last week, I recently participated in a podcast gathering with Mike Robinson and Jim Allman. This podcast was featured on the Learning to Lead a Small Business Series. In short, this series was two pieces which gave me the opportunity to help further design a small business model which had been set up by Mike and Jim. Create an idea Create the idea Once you have the idea and time to project it in your head, give it some time to make sure that it is really worth getting involved with and follow.
